This hotel is right next to the central station! ! The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler like me, and I could walk to most places easily.

It wasn’t expensive, but still not exactly cheap either.

Plus, the unique design of the largest mechanical clock I’ve ever seen right in the lobby was a delightful surprise! The location was unbeatable, making train travel a breeze—just a step away from the station and only a short, scenic walk to the lake!

Plus, how can you resist a stroll to La Bagatelle for some authentic Swiss fondue? The breakfast at the hotel was solid, especially with a view to enjoy. All in all, the location makes food hunting a breeze!

Now, for the cheeky bit—some of the front desk crew were a bit stiff and gloomy. a smile wouldn’t hurt! Also, keep those clunky room keys in mind. you’ll be queuing every time you need it. If you’re a light sleeper, brace yourself for the train noises that sneak in at night!
